In order to do so, some safety regulation are compromised.
The management is fair to the contractors and employees, requiring nothing more from any person or persons, than a simple competent level of common sense.
Yes it is a dangerous place to be, it the nature of the business.
Pricing is fair to dump here, materials are salvaged and some are resold at a very reasonable price. Saving small business owner money.
