(May 17, 2022, 11:04 pm)I found Morena on Marketplace the morning before new owners took possession of our house, when our other cleaners cancelled on us. I was exhausted and desperate to not have to cram in an all day clean after spending days moving.
I was soooo thankful she was able to arrange a same day clean!!! Communication was excellent and responses quick; I felt good about hiring her even though we hadn't met and I didn't have time to interview references because of communication. The girl who cleaned for her was friendly and very thorough.
My only reason for giving a 4-star review is because this was soooo expensive. It came out to $70/hr! I wouldn't have paid anything at this point, but my desperation felt slightly taken advantage of. Would have far preferred to pay an hourly rate—whether it's a move out clean or not. -
