Trailside is one of the best places I have ever rented from. I’ve lived here for a few months and the building is always clean, and there have been very few issues. The staff here is amazing!

Moved here about 5months ago and we love it here. Spacious room layouts. Courteous staff and neighbours. Timely resolution of complaints and concerns. I could go on and on.

We live it here at Trailside. They’ve been helpful and understanding. Maintenance and cleanliness is great. I deal with many property management companies with work and Broadstreet has to be one of the best. Mae and the team are so friendly.

It's been many years since I have been happy with everything about where I live. Steven at Trailside helped me, with short notice, out of a bad situation. I love the layout of my apartment. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have wonderful neighbours, who treat me with kindness. The building is always clean! That is hard to find, so I thank Murdezza, who does a great job. Mark has been so helpful, as has Allan. A great place to live!!
