(December 30, 2022, 4:46 pm)Sarah was probably the most helpful person I’ve ever come across - as a human and especially when sending a parcel. I was trying to ship something to Portugal and UPS was absolutely brutal in terms of providing me everything I needed to just “drop and go” at the UPS Store. I am so thankful that Sarah was extremely meticulous with the packaging, reviewing documents and trying to save me money. UPS charged me over $300 to ship some contact lenses to Portugal and Sarah called UPS directly for me and made them refund me the money to process it through her and save $160. I will probably never go to another UPS store other than this one because Sarah knows what’s she’s doing and cares about what is being sent. Contacts made it to Portugal just as she said (AND on time) and I couldn’t have done it without her initial intervention when I dropped it off and nearly walked out. Highly recommend this location - Sarah was the best and I’ll drive across the city again to go to her in the future.

Despite some reviews here I luckily or maybe miraculously got great service.
The younger female was sooo nice after kinda rough experience 5 minutes earlier. She made the return process for my device painless .

She does sit outside (as mentioned in another review) and watch the store for customers but if she helps promptly and can answer questions, who really cares. I actually didn't even notice she came in from her car until after. It's better than her sitting in the back or not acknowledging customers
