Kelli is fast, knowledgeable, hard working, & extremely efficient. I know that if there were any problems, Kelli would be back, but it is not likely to happen with her thorough& skilled workmanship. She Installed two retractable screens doors (many color choices) in 2.5 hours. She is also very personable. Thank you Kelli -

I didn’t have to make two appointments- one for a quote and one for the install. Instead, I just texted her a picture of my doors and she sent me quotes and pictures back immediately.
When they came to install, Kelli and her dad were very accommodating, efficient, and did a stand up job installing these custom screen doors (my doors are 8ft. tall). She was reliable, flexible and friendly (her dad even played with my toddler through the window). Customer service was excellent- something you don’t see very often these days.
I would definitely recommend Screen Queen to anyone looking for retractable screen doors. We love both our front and back doors and cannot wait to use them as the weather warms up. Thank you again Kelli! -

She was very professional and answered my emails right away and had my screen installed within days of my order on Costco.ca. She was very diligent about the quality of the install, and making sure it worked smoothly. She also explained my warranty, and how I could contact her if I needed any help at all. A total pleasure to do business with, and the screen door is fantastic!

Totally professional during the sales process and even more professional during the install. Kelli did a great job and we are very pleased with this product and the installation. Our expectations were exceeded which is a beautiful thing!! Thanks Kelli!
