Some of our first efforts didn't pan out, but she kept working on it and ultimately was able to get me a very competitive rate. She was professional, helpful, timely, and friendly at all times. Stacey worked hard, tapping into all her resources, and not only did she get us a mortgage but it was an amazing rate (we had a bank comment that they couldn't even match it). She did a great job keeping in touch with us every step of the way, and was very prompt, even responding to my emails on the weekend! Can't recommend her enough!

She not only makes sure she's getting you the best rates possible but ensures that you are informed of all aspects of each mortgage and that all of your questions are answered in a very timely manner. Not only will I use Verico Canada for my future mortgage needs again but I would highly recommend them to anyone!

My family has worked with Both Stacey and Dan for a many years and each time the experience has been great. On top of this service we always ended up with the best interest rate.

Even though we ended up not going ahead with the purchase, Stacey helped us out with all the paperwork that we needed at the time. I recommend them to anyone I hear looking for a Mortgage Specialist!
