She puts her whole strength and energy into helping your body to feel better even from one session. What helps a lot is her approach of regularly treating your problematic areas, and her advice on exercise between the session.

The person I go to her name is Mila and both of my daughters and my husband love her. This would be a great place to get a massage for a loved one or yourself. I cannot stress this enough please try this place for your own well being

I always feel such a sense of well being and positivity and relief from my pains. I look forward to all my visits and every experience has been extremely positive.
During the 4 years I have followed her when she moved from south of Calgary to north. That should say a lot when you would travel to see a massage therapist when many are a lot closer. -
