I went in with a bummed up shoulder and within the (limited!) amount of insurance coverage, she gave me exactly the treatment I needed to get my shoulder back into working condition. She gave me clear instructions on how to do my exercises and spent time giving me treatment when I was in - she knows what she's doing! Highly recommend.

I fractured both feet falling down stairs 5 months ago and Mary's physio expertise, compassion, wisdom, and humor helped me heal. She went above and beyond in her care of my injuries. Everyone in the office is very friendly and things are kept very clean. Many thanks!

(June 6, 2018, 7:17 pm)Mary Hopkins is fantastic! I tore my MCL playing soccer and her treatment helped me achieve a speedy recovery. And her advice and support has been extremely helpful in helping me transition back into playing. Another bonus - there is ample parking at North Hill mall, so the clinic is easy and convenient to get to. I would highly recommend North Hill Physiotherapy!!
