My daughter was going into kindergarten at Highwood and I was looking at the negative reviews and nearly opted to skip out of Kids come first. What a MISTAKE that would have been. Susan at kcf in Highwood is my 5 year olds best friend. She is such a good role model, has great energy and plans many activities for all the kids. When they go outside to play in the playground, Susan and the Staff make sure everyone has sunscreen and bug spray and stay hydrated. I am somewhat of a helicopter mom and I have a hard time leaving my kids, but I would no doubt leave my kids in her care. I dont usually write reviews, but I wouldn't want anyone to opt out of kids come first like I nearly did because of the negative review.
