Meeting him was great too as he gave a lot of details and comments on the property, very detailed. Same day report also came in. I'm glad he was the one to inspect my target property. I won't hesitate to call him again for another purchase -

His inspection was thorough and not only he did reveal various items that needed attention, but shared his knowledge concerning how those items might be rectified. He was on time, explained what he is going to do and what’s not within inspection scope and he explained everything as he was doing the inspection. He was very thorough and took his time to go through everything and the report he provided was very extensive and came with useful tips as well.
