It is a garden and it is free to walk around. Please do not pick other peoples items unless it is on the communal plots. Located by a small man-made lake for a nice walk. The parking lot nearby is nice as a place to teach kids to ride bikes. I have also picked up most of the garbage nearby so it looks nice as well. Please keep it that way. Thanks!

Wonderful community garden. I visited this evening and there are beautiful sunflowers growing along with many other small vegetables and plants. Worth a quick visit if you are walking in the neighbourhood.
