(April 25, 2022, 1:00 am)We had Dave do the inspection on our home purchase and was pleasantly surprised with how responsive he was prior to our appointment.
Once inspection day arrived, Dave was punctual and did his job very throughly.
He did not rush through the process even though he’s must’ve done this hundreds if not thousands of times and spotted things that we did not during our first 2 visits.
After he was completed, he did a walk through with us to discuss his findings and recommended what could be done to fix any of the issues he found.
While most companies would no longer bother respond to messages after receiving payment, Dave reached out to US and asked if we had read through our inspection report and if we any further questions.
We felt taken care of from beginning to end and his prices were very competitive with the other companies I contacted as well.
Will definitely be using him again if we need another inspection completed! -

I have used in a couple of times now, he has always impressed me.He will look at every inch of a home and give you the full breakdown, followed by a very detailed final report. Highly recommended, there is a reason he is 5 stars, well worth it!

The report that was delivered that same evening was thorough, concise and very useful when making that big decision.

Dave was thoroughly knowledgeable and professional and his report was done that same day and very extensive. I would recommend him to anyone needing a good home inspection!

(March 8, 2022, 2:48 pm)I did contact Dave after few recommendations and looking to his reviews online, two days before we need him and he was very flexible and well communicate. Dave handle the job without putting any stress on us.
He was so attention to the details and able to write for us a well descriptive report that shows all the concerns of the property.
I would recommend Dave Tempest Inspections to anyone need a home inspection.
