(December 26, 2022, 8:09 pm)My son went to their vocal lessons, staff and instructors are all very nice. My son really liked the instructor there, and he always talk about how cool his instructor is. Would recommend for anyone who wants their kid to have fun while learning music.

Got a tune up/restring here and the service is excellent and deserving of 5 stars. Their main thing is music lessons here and I’m looking forward to get started!

(September 21, 2022, 1:35 am)I am a first time customer and came to the store to buy reeds for my granddaughters school saxophone. The sales rep Charles recommended a single synthetic reed instead of a box of 10 reeds that lasts many times longer than the wooden reeds and are easier to use. The wooden reeds had been suggested by her band teacher. Charles was very helpful. This store is a great addition to our Calgary north west neighbour hood. (August 16, 2022, 7:55 pm)Just went in to get my daughters Ukulele checked. They were very helpful and kind, considering I don't know what I am doing. We thought we would have to get it fixed but the gentleman just showed us how to tune it with a proper tuner. I was happy to know that was all it was. Great customer service and very friendly staff!
