Nice wide range of bikes for different body types. The accessories, like the water bottle holder that actually works 😀, actually seem worthwhile…unlike most options you get when buying a car. -

(October 25, 2021, 3:21 am)Been by a couple of times now, once with a friend who was bike shopping and once today. First visit we chatted with an older gentleman who was super knowledgeable. Today I was cheeky and ran in as I had a tire with low air, Kelvin was nice enough to check and fill both and did so with a smile. Couldn't ask for nicer folk to deal with.
Friend says the bikes are great too! -

(August 7, 2021, 11:58 pm)It was perfect! Bikes were ready when we arrived. Rented 5 e bikes for 3 hours and made it to Angel's Cafe, had ice cream, came back with 20 minutes to spare.
Oh, the chain did come off one bike. But we knew what to do to get it back on, so not a big deal.
The least experienced bike rider was 14 years old and she is a novice rider. She was still shaky so we took our time. I am sure we could have gone a lot further.
Kelvin was patient, thorough, calm, and easy going. He helped us get the bikes out, adjusted, and back in the building when we were done.
Personally, I like a like a little more zip and excitement in customer service, in these kind of activities. But he still gets 5 stars.
