I always feel amazing when I leave and sleep so well, Christina is very personable and makes me feel at ease. I went initially for a rib I had extended and that was fixed with visits to her and my chiropractor. I’ve continued with Christina for some relief from shoulder pain and neck and jaw tightness and she is helping me so much, I’m so grateful.

I have been getting regular massage for years and Christina is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever worked with. I came to her in great pain and lower back dysfunction, and after just one session I got back most of my mobility. Within 4 sessions I felt pretty much back to normal. Many of her techniques were new to me and it seemed to me she was part physiotherapist. A few sessions in, my husband fell on some stairs and wrecked his knee so he also saw Christina a few times. He had the same phenomenal experience that I did. He measures all massage therapists against our former RMT, Cindy, who moved away years ago. After seeing Christina twice he declared that she is even better than Cindy. High praise indeed! Christina combines excellent technique with an innate gift that combines to make her both a skillful practitioner and an artist. I am lucky and grateful to have found her.

Christina's knowledge of pressure points and the body is impressive. If I've forgotten what issues we worked on last month, Christina's got it covered, and does her best to ensure they're resolved, including figuring out what may be the root cause, and letting me know what I can do better to prevent and mediate whatever may be going on with my body. She listens to her clients and frequently checks in to see if more or less pressure is wanted, as well as asks what you may want her to work on or pay extra attention to during your session.
Having my injuries and sore muscles taken care of by Christina is as comfortable of an experience as can be from the moment she greets me at the door. Listening to her selection of calming music while she does her magic is very relaxing, to the point I've dozed off more than once.
Payment is a breeze as she does direct billing for most benefits.

I love seeing Christina for my massages. I come to her as a complete mess, knots everywhere, back completely seized and she works her magic and I am able to move again. The last time I saw her, I thought for sure I would have to see her again right away cause my mid-back was in so much pain and my neck has so many knots my hands would go numb. But she worked on my pain so well that I felt instant relief as soon as she was done. She checks in regularly while massaging which I really appreciate because then she know exactly what needs to be changed as new things come up. She is so sweet, gentle but firm with her treatment.
I think she is very intuitive and flows well with how I'm feeling, not overdoing conversation when I want to be quite but also being very receptive when I don't.
Christina is definitely the person you want to see for your full body care. She puts so much love and energy into her practice and it definitely feels like it when she takes care of you.
