(April 29, 2022, 6:19 pm)We hired Viking to upgrade our roof to a class 4 and change the siding to Hardie Board after the July 2021 hailstorm. Our interactions started with Murray who was very friendly and organized, and was the true reason we secured Viking. We were then introduced to Shaun who was knowledgeable and easy to speak to. Shaun continuously went out of his way to ensure we felt taken care of and that the finished product was what we had expected (even though we changed some colours at the last minute). Both install crews were pleasant to work with and finished their work with a clean job site. Ryan was very helpful in clearing up any questions about the Resilient Roofing Rebate and was quick to resolve any concerns.
