(January 16, 2023, 8:26 pm)Yuri installed a kitchen backsplash for us. He gave a complete and accurate estimate and returned to install as planned. He asked lots of questions and made sure it was installed the way I wanted. He was respectful and did a nice job in a timely manner. We did end up changing the install a little bit but he did not charge extra.

He was very patient, explaining and answering our many questions including regarding the advantages and disadvantages of the different products and the maintenance required for each. At no time did we feel pressured. When asked, he made useful suggestions. He promised installation for a specific date and honoured it. He lay covering on the floor to protect it. He was meticulous and cleaned up as he went along. We are very satisfied and highly recommend Yuriy.

He was very prompt answering my questions online, came to our home for a free quote and ultimately did a great job installing. He helped educate us on the products, how to properly clean/maintain and left zero mess when finished.
Overall very happy with the quality and service!
