He was always available and responsive to any and all questions we had regardless of what time of day or how many times he already answered it. Johnnie had great recommendations and solid advice, he was always prepared with what we needed or was able to get information incredibly quickly. He was honest about what he thought, what he saw, and was quick to share what he knew based on his knowledge.
I would absolutely recommend getting in touch with Johnnie if you're looking to buy/sell, I know our family will be using him again if we need (although he found us an amazing house already so I don't see us selling anytime soon haha). -

He helped us to find the right house for the right price within few weeks of working with him. He is very knowledgeable and quick in responding to the queries. During our visits to the home he also provided us with the estimate of what is required to be done. We would recommend him to anyone. Excellent work!

Johnnie maintained his dedication throughout our entire search, he was always available for showings and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Even though we were quite picky, Johnnie remained incredibly patient and never pressured us or made us feel rushed. Johnnie was also very knowledgeable and honest which was invaluable as we didn't know much about the area or local builders, etc. In the end we got into a few bidding wars which Johnnie navigated expertly to ensure that we were able to purchase our dream home. We highly recommend Johnnie to anybody looking to buy or sell real estate in Calgary and vicinity!
