We worked with Dmytro to order replacements for all of our windows and doors. He was exceptional at providing information on what all of our options were and we were happy to be able to see what different layouts and styles we could choose. He was very knowledgeable and informative about their products and was able to answer every question we had without hesitation. As well we didn't feel pressured with our purchase. He provided valuable input on configurations that worked best for our needs and made us aware of things we hadn't considered. He worked hard to get us the best possible pricing. All in all a 10/10 experience, would highly recommend

Absolutely amazing! I loved it. The customer service was great and very helpful. The quality is really good and they're very professional and very kind and friendly at the same time. I'm very happy with my results. Having a nice door has been very important to me and every time I see my door, I nearly jump with joy. Thank you so much, you're awesome!

I found Arctic Star very responsible, fast and hight quality company. The salesperson was really knowledgeable and he provided important information regarding everything about windows and doors. He knew his product extremely well, he explained how moder there windows made and provided a lot of information on energy efficiency program, ratings. Prices were unmatched with other companies. Service was great, fast with high quality of installation. Super easy to get hold of them and they get the job done in no time with high profecialism and great quality.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.
