Exceptional training ,knowledgeable ,honest and respectful run club coached by Coach Mel with a bang of inspiring ,amazing teammates. Whether your focus is competitive growth and strength (killing PB’s)or you just love to run for fun , WRTWC is the place!

Can’t say enough good things about Mel, her coaching style and the community she has built with WRTWC. Mel is incredibly positive and a pleasure to work with! She will tailor a running program to suit your specific needs and goals, while leveraging her expert knowledge to help you progress.

I have achieved many running goals since joining the club 18 months ago, built a ton of confidence and made some great friends along the way.

Decided to have a GAIT analysis because my 5 km run time has not improved in awhile and wanted a quick assessment. I was surprise on all the useful information that came back. I followed recommendation and made noticeable progress in short time. Best running investment I made so far.

Mel is the best coach, she has brought my running to a level I never thought I could run at. Her plans are tailored to each runner and she really takes the time to get to know you and your strengths/weaknesses.
