Anyone who has ever been involved with a renovation or new construction can attest to the disastrously frustrating and costly effect of late-stage product damage. Trades have finished, site is clean and ready to hand over. Then you see it, the draining sight of a damaged product. You think to yourself how I can fix this without pulling the floor, replacing a cabinet box on an island, replacing a freshly plumbed & tile surrounded tub. This used to be my nightmare, no matter how careful you are, regardless of the extreme measures taken to install surface protection. There is always something.
However, since adding Infinite Repairs to my priority sub-contractor list. I haven't so much as taken an accelerated breath at the notion of superficial damage on our job sites. The action required is clear. One photo and phone call to Steve will promptly be responded with a "Piece of Cake" tagline that has become what one can only describe as a catchphrase. A reassuring comfort to a once unimaginable disaster. I know with certainty that Steve will bring it back to life in a timely, professional, and cost-effective manner that makes you want to overpay simply for the assurance of a mistake resolved with time and stress to spare. My hat goes off to Steve, the quality of services offered are unrivaled in this city and I couldn't be more grateful. Keep up the great work and I am sure more mistakes will be made but the solution will be clear & present.
