He even offered us advice on how to get a better rate from our current provider knowing he may loose out on our business. He just wanted to ensure we got the best rate possible; and we did. It's quite refreshing to find individuals, let alone a business that puts customers first. I highly recommend Vinay to anyone looking for mortgage or financial advice.

First, Vinay is highly responsive and very educated about the various products in the market. We renewed one existing mortgage and took a new mortgage with him. For both products he was able to get us better rates than the banks and provide all the information we needed to make a decision.
Everything was streamlined digitally (signing documents etc.,) which made the entire process very easy. He provided advice when we needed and was able to answer all our questions.
Highly recommended.
