I was able to communicate with them easily via email, send photos for inspriation, make payment and setup a delivery time. It was almost too easy! They delivered everything the morning of the wedding which was super convenient and the bouquet was BEAUTIFUL. I highly recommend Royal Tulip!

Not only that, they have great customer service with a very responsive online chat function, as well as text. The owner was so kind and very patient, as well as receptive to my requests. She did an amazing job on the bouquet! She sent me the first picture when they finished to get my input as well. I will definitely be going back to them - great products and just as great customer service.

They were so accommodating and they literally went above and beyond to make it look gorgeous and accommodate his wishes! The bouquet I received was absolutely stunning, and beautifully made. I would 110% recommend them to anyone looking to send flowers. They really help make your day special!
