(March 29, 2022, 4:03 am)We finally decided to install ac in our home and Chris, owner of Calgary Air, came highly recommended from a couple of our friends. Chris came out to do a quote and was a wealth of knowledge! Being newbies to central air we had a lot of questions and Chris answered them all and then some.
When the crew arrived for the install they exceeded our expectations on professionalism and care for our home. They covered our flooring to ensure there was no chance of damage, we’re polite and friendly, and made sure we were satisfied and comfortable with the install and how to use our new ac system before leaving.
We highly recommend Chris and his crew for ac install and due to their professionalism and knowledge, we’d also be more than happy to recommend them for any HVAC work. They all know their stuff and are highly focused on customer service! We will definitely be calling them for our next HVAC repair!! -

(March 19, 2022, 6:49 am)We got several quotes to install air conditioning in our house. Calgary Air Heating and Cooling was one of many that came to give a quote. Our furnace broke down 2 weeks after looking for AC quotes. We called every business that gave us an AC quote and they all were happy to help out but their quote for a new furnace and AC showed a higher price for the AC because it was an emergency and same day service would cost more. The one exception was CAH&C. When Casey (the owner) got our call, he offered to temporarily fix our furnace for no charge and install a new furnace and actually dropped his price of the AC since we were handcuffed and had no choice but to get a new furnace. The new furnace is doing amazingly well compared to our 22 year old furnace. We haven’t had a chance to try out our AC unit yet since it is winter. The professionalism and opposite of gouging someone handcuffed was a godsend for us. Thank you so much CALGARY AIR HEATING AND COOLING!!!

The owner is extremely set and personable, and the first time I called he was there that same day, fixed what needed to be fixed, and was super convenient to pay... Will, and already have, recommended to everyone I know!

(February 24, 2022, 4:38 pm)Had a half dozen quotes to replace an old Lennox furnace. Chris from Calgary Air came with the lowest quote, but that's not the main reason I went with them. He clearly knew his stuff, offering better ducting solutions that did the job while not messing up the aesthetics of my basement. He called a couple weeks later to ensure I was satisfied. I highly recommend Calgary Air.

(February 3, 2022, 10:23 pm)I installed a couple Google Nest's in our home but shortly after experienced some issues. I did some research and believed we were lacking a C wire (Common issue with Nest's). I called a number of business but only Chris with Calgary Air Heating And Cooling knew what I was talking about. He came the very next day, confirmed the issue and fixed it all in under an hour.
He even taught me about how to check for codes and filter replacement suggestions. All in all it was a great, painless and affordable experience.
