Good relations aside, his diet and workout plans were in line perfectly with my lifestyle and motivation level. He knew how to push me forward and how much i could progress at different times of my workout journey.

Back on that time, some of my friends were talking about Ledio’s work based on reviews of social media, but after a couple months, one of my friends started working out at the gym under the guidance of Ledio.
I have never seen such a great & effective transformation on my friend.
So I decided to try it by myself. I have seen results in a short time 😍
Ledio -> funny person, always pushing u to break your limits, such a great trainer and such a great person! -

He is dedicated, hard-working, disciplined and very educated on what there is to know about fitness, dieting, nutrients, and how to not lose the momentum. He makes the work out feel like a 5 minute walk, and gives you results faster than you thought possible. Nothing more can be said about him.

He has motivated me beyond what I thought to be my limits, and I have already recommended him to all my colleagues at work. Super nice, and professional! 10/10
