(August 26, 2022, 2:27 am)I struggle with chronic pain and discomfort from fibro and anxiety. It is unbelievable the amount of relief that I get from my therapy treatments at YYC Wellness. I highly recommend alternating message and osteopathic appointment. It has changed my overall quality of life.

(June 1, 2022, 2:42 am)Since moving back to south Calgary I have found it super difficult to find a massage therapist. Kara has been provided so much relief during prenatal and postnatal. My husband now goes to her, too. I’d highly recommend her to anyone!

She is very personable and keeps track of my needs and also checks up on my life, too! She is always prepared and does an incredible job. My headaches and back pain have significantly improved since I began seeing her a few years ago.

I've had tight hip flexors for years from delivering babies and she's been the only one to bring me any relief. She also helps with jaw pain. I Highly recommend her!

(June 9, 2021, 8:58 pm)Kara is one of the most intelligent, empathetic and talented health care providers I have ever encountered. Her home studio is clean and quiet. She really looks at health as a whole and will help in whatever capacity is needed. I am a chronic pain sufferer and have multiple diagnosed conditions. Kara always comes up with a customized plan for me according to my specific health goals. Her manual osteo services have literally changed my life; they are easily the most beneficial and lasting treatment that I have ever experienced. When I started seeing her regularly I was having a lot of pain, major mobility issues and my mental health was suffering because of it. Her multi modal method of treatment helped me to sleep better, move easier, and live with much less pain. My husband sees her for massage services and she has helped him with the aches and pains that accompany his physically demanding job. As a bonus, she has a variety of hours that accommodate most work schedules and she direct bills with our insurance company. I couldn’t recommend YYC Wellness Therapy more.
