(January 9, 2023, 8:31 pm)Let's start with the young man, Seth, who took my order. Seth was super friendly with spectacular manners!!! He was smiling and seemed to be genuinely kind and pleasant. He took my order and asked if I needed a fork and napkins and said please and thank you accordingly. Koodos to you, Seth.
Now, I ordered a big crunch combo with poutine.
Poutine was quite impressive. Two things that normally happen at most KFC's are too little gravy, and the gravy is cold. Not here, not today!! My poutine had sufficient gravy (enough to cover all the fries but not so much to make it soupy), and it was hot!!! Colour me impressed.
Big Crunch sandwich was less impressive, but it was still good and hot. The lettuce and mayo were minimal and smeared onto only 1/2 the sandwich. I had to spread it around myself. The chicken was cooked perfectly for a nice change and was juicy instead of the typical overcooked and dry.
It has been a long time since I've had KFC because of cold gravy and overcooked meat every time I had eaten it over the last decade or so. I had a craving today and am happy that I did. Seth was so pleasant, and the food was almost as it should be! -

(January 7, 2023, 10:06 am)I usually do not do reviews, but today I ordered a 16Pcs Chicken bucket, since the chicken was not prepared and they made me waited for 30 Minutes being an elderly women they should know it is very hard.
But kudos to the Cashier named Muhammad, I have never seen a most calm, kind and charming guy, despite me being shouting on him he handled me so calmly and not only that he offered me a free drink despite me being rude to him and was constantly smiling. We need to more people like him to make this world a better place. -

(July 22, 2022, 4:32 am)Only been here twice. Nice and clean with fast and friendly service, plus the food wasn't overcooked either time as it has been at various other KFC locations in Calgary. My one real niggle, though, is that they didn't have any straws either time I went there. Not so bad if you're staying at the store to eat but a damned inconvenience if you've ordered your food to go.

(July 10, 2021, 12:50 am)Very friendly staff. Ordered for pickup and had no issues. The famous chicken sandwich was surprisingly very good. Very juicy and flavorful with nice big pickel pieces. At the time of this writing you can get 2 sandwiches with two fries for $10, thats even better than the A&W coupons! Check it out.
