Jamal and his crew filled the void under our sidewalk for us. They were professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. They worked quickly and efficiently, and did an amazing job.
No more skunk hotel under our front entrance and sidewalk!!

(May 12, 2021, 11:46 pm)Although I did not actually have to use this company, I would in a heartbeat! Jamal came out for a quote and unfortunately their company could not fix my problem. He did however explain the issue clearly as I had suspected said they could do a repair of sorts but I would not be happy with it as it would not be the right solution for my needs and it would not make him happy to do it. He could have easily taken the business and left me to suffer the consequences. His honesty and integrity in dealing with this was much appreciated, not always easy to find these traits and if I need his company I would certainly call them first! Thanks Jamal!

(September 11, 2020, 10:29 pm)The guys (Phil & Bilal) arrived exactly when they said they would . They proceeded to mix the fill and then waited for Jamal to confirm the positions of the holes to be drilled in the steps and sidewalk. They raised the steps 4 inches back up to the door threshold; then proceeded to raise the sidewalk.
I am amazed at the job they did. If you have a sunken concrete problem call them. They are honest and fair in their pricing. Thanks Guys -

Jamal came over to our house to look at the concrete and provided a quote on the spot and scheduled us in as well. On our scheduled date, he and his team arrived on time (early even!) and were completely professional and focused on the job. They did an excellent job, despite some challenging conditions, and were committed to ensuring we were happy with the result. From booking the appointment with the office staff to everyone who worked on our job, we were thoroughly impressed, and would highly recommend Western Concrete Lifters!
