We were lucky to work with Ryan as he made the process a lot easier than anticipated, he explained every step of the process without pressuring us into making decisions right away. He was honest and open with us about the pros and cons of the housing market and we were able to make well informed decisions. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house.

He was easy to work with and very personable, so we felt that he understood exactly what we were looking for in our future home and ensured our list of needs and wants were met. He allowed us to voice our opinion and didn't push us to buy. We also appreciated that Ryan was able to take our requests and negotiated our case effectively resulting in a price decrease. He catered to our extensive list of questions and followed our requests to prove due diligence. Overall, we are happy with his work and are excited to move into our new home!

Ryan was patiently attentive to our needs, flexible, professional, experienced, responsive, and above all else always had our best interest in mind. He took the time to allow us to get a feel for the options we had and then guided us through the negotiating process with a calm and assuring demeanor even though the sellers were difficult to work with. The outcome was favorable for us and Ryan worked hard through multiple late night phone calls to get us the best possible deal while ensuring everything was done in a timely matter. Ryan always had the mentality that his clients were the number one priority and made a point of making sure everything went the way we were expecting up to and after the sale was complete. I would not hesitate to use him again for any of my real estate needs.
