They go the extra mile in helping the community and are always helping you keep well informed with the new tech and products that the 3D printing world has developed. (March 14, 2018, 6:58 pm)Our team has purchased 3 Ultimaker 3D printers from Print Your Mind 3D and we are very happy with the service. Two of these 3D printers are currently at our clinic in Egypt and they are running great. We also have one printer in our lab for testing designs and manufacturing our hands. This printer has been running non-stop for a few months now and it runs just as well as it did out of the box.
PYM3D also supplies our polypropylene material for research on 3D printed medical devices. Colin has been a big help in getting us our supplies on time and has even helped recommend materials to test.

They carry high quality products, and they really know their stuff. While I really enjoy 3D printing as a hobby, sometimes I just don't have time to tinker with settings etc. A quick email to Print Your Mind 3D and I very quickly get a thoughtful response on where to start. My Tax 6 Printer came from them, and Colin called to make sure that I was happy with my purchase, and to see if I had any questions. -- this is a big one, and a first experience for me. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

From start to finish Colin has been amazing with answering all the questions I had as a total newbie to the 3D printing world. He was patient, prompt and thorough in his explanations. Colin clearly knows what he is talking about. My Taz 6 and accessories were shipped quickly and arrived safely. Since setting it up, Colin has voluntarily reached out to follow-up with me and offered his help many times... this level of customer service is so rare nowadays! PYM3D's branded filament is of excellent quality, prints great and is very affordable. I am very happy with my printer and filament so far and will definitely be coming back for my 3D printing gear and upgrades in the future! A++

He also has been a great resource for assisting me in getting the best prints from the different filaments I've bought from his company. Always willing to help by email and by personal phone call. I would recommend talking with him if you want to get into 3D printing and I would strongly recommend buying from him.
