(July 2, 2021, 5:42 pm)I booked a bin for my home reno. The bin was dropped off on a Saturday like I wanted. I found the pricing to be good and they were very responsive to my questions.
When I started looking for a bin I contacted three companies. One I didn’t hear back from at all, another I heard back a week or so after I contacted them and Pick n Haul answered back right away. After the bin was dropped off they were always quick to answer back.
The bin was what I expected. Had a door on one end so I didn’t have to throw everything over the edge. -

Excellent customer service, and they were very flexible with our schedule and requirements to keep the bin overtime (although we ended up not needing to). Krishna and the team were super friendly and amazing to deal with from beginning to end. Thanks again!!
