My husband and I were originally referred to Kane prior the purchase of our first home. We've also referred Kane to family members who were having challenges with the broker they were working with. Even though there were tight timelines (I believe 3 business days from when they choose a path to when conditions had to be waived), Kane was able to quickly put together a package that got them a very competitive rate. The real estate agent involved commented to us that she was incredibly impressed with how responsive Kane was and how he was able to keep everyone in the loop, even with so many moving parts.

Kane was amazing to deal with. I know everyone has their own unique situation when applying for a mortgage, and I'm sure we threw him some curve balls in our situation.
