All were top notch but particularly Carter.
This gentleman was polite, understanding, diligent, compassionate to our situation and our needs, and above all just a genuine breath of fresh air in a world where it isn't often the case.
If I could give 100 stars I would!
Thanks to all who made this new auto purchase happen.
