Cloé was professional, responsive, clearly prioritized and made time for us, but let us go at our own pace. Cloé was constantly full of useful insights and was able to explain things well.
Cloé took away a lot of the stress of looking for a home and negotiating our offer. I can't imagine what it would have been like without her! She also offered a wealth of contacts and independent contractors who we used for a home inspection, legal services, quotes for repairs, and more. All of Cloé's contacts were also genuinely good and honest people who treated us well and gave us lots of helpful advice and resources.
I debated whether we should use a realtor or not and after working with Cloé, I am so glad that we chose to seek out a realtor. We really did hit the jackpot! I would recommend Cloé to absolutely anyone looking for a great real estate experience. -

She was very up- front, professional, and kind throughout the process from start to end. We felt very well informed and supported throughout the process. What could have been (and in some ways was) a very stressful process, she eased and brought poise and confidence. Cloé definitely had our backs and advocated strongly for us. She also had a wealth of fantastic contacts that were incredibly trust-worthy and competent.
I cannot recommend Cloé enough! I have zero regrets about working with her through this process!
