situation. I contacted Byron’s when my condo townhouse basement drain was slow, and the “preferred vendor” of the property management company, and the property management company itself were not responding appropriately.
The technician came, quickly isolated the issue and got to work fixing it. My elderly neighbours who were experiencing the same back up to a much more significant degree (sewage everywhere) approached him on the driveway to see if what he was doing would help them (they were still waiting to hear from the property manager). He took the time to listen to them and when he was done, he went over and checked to make sure they were draining properly (they were).
He told me exactly what the issue was and where so they could be relayed to the property company. He was very compassionate with my neighbours and also very professional with the work he did in my home. I would recommend this company to anyone needing urgent help, or any other kind of plumbing related work. The work was excellent and his kindness to everyone involved was awesome.
