The front desk is was friendly and the nurse was amazing, went step by step and explained everything to my son. Made sure he is comfortable. It was done in no seconds. Not a flinch, was soo smooth. Highly recommend

(June 1, 2022, 2:09 am)Excellent experience today for my 5 month old son's vaccinations. Lovely front end staff who were welcoming. Both myself and my mom were allowed to attend. They took us in within 3 minutes of arriving. Bright clean and not busy. The Public Health Nurse Shannon was friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I appreciated the ease and simplicity of today's appointment as I have been to other busier locations and found today very accommodating for us parents. Thank you so much.

(June 26, 2021, 3:49 am)Absolutely great clinic. The nurses take the utmost care of my son when we bring him in for his vaccines. It helps ease my worries, knowing he is in such great hands. They are always more than willing to answer any questions and we are always sent home with lots of information to answer any further questions we may have!

(February 7, 2021, 8:32 am)Friendly nurses but the system is highly sexist towards fathers. I was offered a flu shot but my husband was sitting right beside me and told he couldn’t get one from them as they can “only offer to mothers”. The receptionist really seemed to have a problem with the fact that my husband was going in with our daughter and not me, so much so that she made a comment saying “oh I’m sorry, aren’t you the mother?”
This is 2021. Fathers are just as responsible as mothers are. Don’t make rude comments.
