(July 4, 2018, 6:56 pm)Professional and easy to deal with. Their build prices are reasonable for a very high quality final product. They strive to source supplies and products from as local as possible - there wasn't much of our house, if anything, that wasn't made in Canada. The contractors they hire are generally very good. If anything goes wrong, Broder will set it straight in a timely manner. We're extremely happy to have had Jonathan and his team build our highly customized dream home. We feel like the experience would have been far less personal with with one of the huge builders and far more stressful had we ended up with some sketchy builder (we've heard some bad horror stories over the years about how bad builders can be). I hope this company thrives and I'll be recommending them to anyone I know who is looking to build.
