We built a rapport right away, even though I’m based in the US and we never got to meet in person (also speaks to the power of coaching even in a remote setting!). I appreciated her transparency and direct-yet-empathetic style, and in spite of covering some challenging material we managed to also get a laugh in each time we connected. She is steady and fair, does a nice job of asking important questions at the right time, and her follow-up summary emails were always timely and thorough. Hope to work with her again soon and would recommend to anyone, especially those who need a good dose of accountability!

(August 27, 2020, 12:48 am)I have had the wonderful experience connecting with Sarah as my swim coach. This was our introduction, however, I very quickly came to realize that Sarah, in her special ability, was connecting with me on a deeper level. A level that enabled me to push hard for what I wanted, what I needed and what I thought I would never be able to do. Her empathetic approach and ability to know what you need to get to where you need to be, is quite remarkable. In a very short time, she enabled me to accomplish things that I never even put in my sight, although knew that I wanted. I am truly appreciative of my time with Sarah and am excited for when we are able to work together again!

She has a holistic approach to coaching that places equal emphasis on our physical and mental health, and the 'why' behind our goals. I recommend her services.
