(June 19, 2023, 4:02 am)Loved it, loved it, loved it. Would do it again. Trent, the owner was amazing. Set us up properly, gave us awesome tips. The bikes worked so well the entire time. I would rent it again. 5-star! Very cool, once in a lifetime experience.

They know how to treat people, they know the area (which is super important if you aren't familiar with the local trails and options), and most importantly they know e-bikes in and out. The bikes on offer are maintained in great condition, the price is right, and you'd be hard pressed to find better customer service at any business in the Bow Valley.
I liked riding an e-bike so much that I own one now, but if you don't? 10/10, rent one here. -

(August 14, 2022, 10:38 pm)Great e-bike rental shop with friendly owner and cool bikes. We rented from him twice while staying in Canmore. Service and suggestions he offered was great. Great selection of bikes that are top of the line and the rental rate is very reasonable. Great location for getting on all the trails Canmore has to offer. Would recommend this business for anyone looking to have a great outdoor experience in Canmore.

(July 23, 2022, 2:34 pm)Phenomenal experience here. The owner Trenton walked us through how to use the bikes and circled places on a map for us to visit in Canmore and Banff. Our experience was so much better for his suggestions. We did need to swap out two of the bikes at the Banff location because we used up too much battery and still needed to get back.
