Awesome customer service and mechanics. Very helpful and understanding. Would recommend this shop to anyone in need of work on their Ford vehicle.

Kelly responded quickly to all of our questions with clear answers and got back to us if he didn't know. He had the truck clean and ready to go for us before we arrived. He even went out of his way to book us a hotel.
Victor completed our finance paperwork and was wonderful to work with. We appreciated his advise and also loved that he respected our decisions.
We look forward to doing business with them again in the future. -

You are sure that all dealings with them are very honest giving you great confidence in the vehicle you drive away in. Even though we do not live in Canmore, Kate and Daryl treated us like we were local repeat customers. Truly a pleasure. Thank you.

(December 27, 2022, 4:10 am)I was in town and my Toyota Tacoma started having emergency power issues so I brought it right to Cam Clark Ford just before Christmas in December 2022 for a power emergency and was greeted by a kind professional and skilled staff member who quickly came up with a few possible solutions immediately giving me options as they where completely booked and had to work me into the schedule. My spouse and I were in town doing groceries when the truck failed and are so grateful for the Service team who got us home to Banff with all our groceries while they kept the truck for two nights, had the necessary parts expedited to them and kept me completely informed the entire time. I feel my confidence in the service team was not miss placed and I am 100% satisfied with the high standard of customer service and thorough testing and maintenance performed by Cam Clark Ford.
