(June 25, 2021, 7:21 pm)We have been unable to be at our home for an extended period of time and asked Brightside Mechanical to do monthly home checks. We have been more than pleased. He has an excellent checklist that he uses and goes through it every month and notes status. There was some outdoor construction also going on and Lance kept us informed with photographs and status reports that helped us give our Condo Management Company a well needed push to keep moving things forward.
In addition, we have had some long standing problems that Lance is helping us address. His expertise in heating systems and ductwork has been invaluable. He has also been proactive in identifying some other things we can do for efficiency.
We have recommended Brightside Mechanical to friends who are in need of periodic checks and they too have been satisfied. Plus he is just a super nice guy with a can do attitude. What more can you ask? Competence and a friendly approach. -

We have had many trades in and out of our home and Lance from Brightside was among the best! His professionalism, cleanliness, and attention to detail was beyond anything I had expected. Lance took the time to explain his process and gave us the options we needed to make an informed decision. He raised the bar on my expectations of a professional tradesperson. I feel completely confident knowing that the work Lance did behind our walls is perfect and safe for my family. I wish Lance wore more hats so I could have him do more work in our home!
