(December 29, 2022, 1:50 am)Joe was excellent! Saved me a tow and a crazy programming bill at the Toyota dealership. Joe worked on my Tacoma for 2 hours reprogramming two fobs. It was a tough job as the programming wouldn't "take." He charged a very fair price. I called him at 7am. He called me back within 5 minutes. He also took his lunch "on the go" just to accommodate our schedule. I recommend Joe from the Bow.

We called two dealerships that said he would have to tow the car to them and it would be a couple days for the key to come in. I called Joe and he was available right away, drove all the way to the ski hill and made us a key for a fraction of what the tow would have been. Thank you Joe!

(February 16, 2021, 3:11 am)I lost my key fob for our vehicle today. Holiday Monday trapped downtown Canmore, needing to work in Edmonton tomorrow morning. With nothing open. Joe was my last hope, I called him and he had the fob that we needed 🙏. He showed up promptly programmed the fob and got us going an hour after calling him! The alternative would’ve been super expensive and an overnight in Canmore. He was our hero today! Thx Joe

(December 23, 2019, 5:25 pm)Lost our keys, dealership was over priced and needed the vehicle to be towed to them. This guy came out right to the vehicle and got us all sorted out. Obviously well stocked with keys and fobs and easy going about a tough situation. Some of the reviews here are correct in saying he may be a bit short with you but he was upfront, honest and that's all I really wanted when getting the run around form everyone else.

(July 29, 2018, 1:35 am)Great customer service, we were stuck in banff national park with a lost key on a Saturday night and he rushed out to help us by cutting a new key and programming a new fob. Unfortunately the vehicle was a one off year and needed a specific dealer only fob. As a result he cut a new key and only charged us less than half what he quoted even though it was an after hours emergency. I have dealt with other locksmiths who would never have cut the price down so significantly or made such an effort to make it to us in a timely manner and genuinely wanted to help us.
