I had the opportunity to collaborate with him on the Beaver Lodge Laneway by Studio North, a unique and inspiring laneway home as part of the Eleanor Luxton Historic Foundation. The project required a careful approach to construction due to the historic value of the site, which Fraser was able to manage with expertise. His meticulousness and passion for perfection were truly commendable. We are beyond pleased with the outcome.
