(September 8, 2021, 11:35 pm)What a wonderful local store! I love the new and antique/vintage items intermingled. If you are looking to have a unique home, this place has exactly what you need. There are no cookie cutter items here! Everything had been thoughtfully curated by the owner to bring us all something unique.
I especially LOVE the section of high quality yet trendy clothing. However, I definitely spend the most money in the decor section. Also...my mother in law tells me there are wine gummies that are made from real wine! I forgot to pick those up when I came in today. I’ll be back soon to pick up a few!
The staff are amazing! It’s not like a big box center where you come in and pick your stuff and pay like a zombie. We have actual conversations in that store. Everytime I learn a little bit more about these people in our community. It makes me want to go back and buy even more. This human connection is not something that can be faked or taught. This is the real deal.
So, if you want unique decor with a personal connection... Merry’s Mercantile in downtown Bentley is a place to stop!
