I find TechAlta Network Consulting has that personal touch. They were very patient with me and took a significant amount of time helping me resolve a minor computer issue. They also gave me some excellent advice and taught me some important ways I can check things on my own to save money. It was above and beyond the typical service I have received at other companies. I would definitely use them again!

Our family business has been a client of TechAlta for many, many years and would never switch to any other network company! They have walked us through the development and re-development of no less than 3 websites and have provided us with top notch security for our email program.
Marcus is quite simply THE BEST at what he does. He always takes the time to help us even with the simplest thing (like when one of us gets a new cell phone and needs our email server connected to it). He treats us with the utmost kindness, and immense knowledge that he is able to break down into simple terms for us non-tech types. Marcus is beyond responsive and timely and we could not operate our business without him!

Marcus is fantastic. We have worked with TechAlta for over 10 years and have always had the best service. Marcus is prompt, reliable, there are never any issues with his work and he is always so cheerful and provides the best customer service.
