This is new school and old school in perfect measure. New school in that they use on-line tools and communication - it was so easy to pay and I was kept up to date at each step of the booking/arrival process. Old school in that these people know how to clean! They take pride in their work. The team that cleaned the apartment had a team lead who shared knowledge and tips while ensuring the outcome was as good as it could be. I was so pleased. I can't recommend them enough. Full 5 stars. Thank you, Michelle.
Oh, and the inspection passed 100%.
