The apartment is very clean .
And also , leasing agent Marilyn Pescasio is helpful and easy to work with ! -

(February 18, 2022, 7:47 pm)It had been an experience. Not a bag one but a new experience going from a home to an apartment building. It had its ups and downs as expected from an apartment building with all walks of life.
Overall it was a good pitstop... I would recommend it for sure. -

The majority of the tenants are conscientious this is a wood structure and the respectability around light feet and quiet hours.
Overall for a 4 floor wood apartment building I have found it to be a positive experience where the staff go above and beyond to address tenant issues/concerns and building maintenance/cleanliness.
Thank you Z and all staff onsite for your hard work and genuine commitment and efforts to the tenants and property.
