His excellent project management and scheduling skills have allowed us to have the space to focus on our work and deliver quality results without getting in the way of the other trades. (August 22, 2019, 4:39 am)BSI contracted me as an electrician for various electrical contracts with the last one being a Freshii restaurant in Kelowna. My company, JSR Electric, is located in Summerland, BC.
I really enjoyed working with Jeremy from BSI build as he is a good project manager who communicates effectively and knows how to coordinate his trades.
I would work with Jeremy anytime if offered the opportunity again. -

(August 20, 2019, 1:48 am)We hired BSI to build my new automotive shop in Airdrie and came away very happy with the experience - definitely a night and day difference from using another contractor to build my last shop 5 years ago. The whole time I felt completely confident in the process as you can tell these guys are experienced and definitely know their stuff.
Most of the general contractors I talked to wanted 4 months to do this build, but Jeremy laid out a super aggressive 2 month construction schedule and actually stuck to it. This was huge as we pay over $10,000 per month for rent! The different tradespeople worked together really efficiently and you can tell the guys are used to working with these tight timelines. Very impressed and would definitely recommend.
